Short-Form Improv Classes (8 Weeks Each)



Short-Form Level 1 – Beginning Improv
You can learn many life skills through improv, like how to listen better and be more agreeable. These two skills are foundations for funny scenes. In this class, you’ll learn games like the kind you’ve seen on Whose Line Is It Anyway? or at our theater.

Short-Form Level 2 – Game Styles
There is more than one way to play a game. In this class, you’ll learn different improv styles and new games to fill up your improv toolbox.
Register for Level 2Short-Form Level 3 – Character and Scenic Games
Well-defined characters and scenic elements help elevate scenes. We’ll teach you how to add these to games, and you’ll learn two new games each week.

Short-Form Level 4 – Advanced Gameplay
Complete this class and you’ll graduate knowing more than 60 different improv games! We’ll also help you polish your stagecraft and skills so you’ll be performance ready when called upon.

Short-Form Level 5 – Post-Graduate Performance
This is where you’ll really dig into how to put on a show. We’ll teach you performance elements like run orders, rehearsals, giving and receiving notes, crowd interaction, and hosting shows.
